The love fountain (road of Sougraine)

Near Rennes-le-Chateau in Southwestern France, the waters of the river “Sals” form large, tiered natural pools connected by waterfalls. The water is said to be “singing” … surrounded by an ancient forest, the place is conducive to meditation. 

According to the legend, undines (water nymphs) are present there and lovers who bath there together see their love become eternal.
